At the young age of 21, Cody decided to break away from his parent's farm in Williamson to start his own farm. Seeing a demand for local vegetables, and using the skills he had gained spending his whole life around farming, Cody decided to hone in on some specific crops. Today, he grows large volumes of broccoli, radishes, basil, and winter squash.
Cody maintains biodiversity on his farm to reduce pest pressure on any particular crops. He takes advantage of IPM guidelines to greatly reduce the use of any chemicals.
