To sign up as a member of The Good Food Collective you must fill out and submit the form below. As part of that you will need to select an approved workplace or community distribution location (you must be an employee at the given workplace to choose that as your distribution site).
From there you will be given two options to pay for your membership:
A) PURCHASE ONLINE {PAY IN FULL} -
Complete your transaction by paying with your credit card online using our secure Authorize.Net account. This option requires you to pay your full membership fee all at once.
B) PURCHASE BY CHECK {PAY IN FULL or PAYMENT PLAN} -
When paying by check, members can either send in a check for $485 to pay for your membership in full OR send a nonrefundable deposit of $100 to reserve your spot and pay the remainder by June 1st. The Good Food Collective will email you monthly reminders to assure your timely payment by June.
